Easy Cookin'

Who need some easy Friday night cooking?

Here's one that is super quick and is sure to please everyone!  
It's not the healthiest thing in the book, 
but we can fudge a bit every now and then.

The easy way?  Three packets of Pizza Crust.  If you wanna go crazy, make your own pizza dough, but this was supposed to be easy, remember?

We make it according to the directions on the back and let it rise for 5 minutes.  Roll the dough into a square (it's going to be a big square, the dough should be about an inch thick)

Cover the dough with a thin layer of pesto.

Sprinkle about 1 and 1/4 bag of cheese over the pesto and dough.

Add some parmesan and some ground beef.

Roll up the dough.

We had some marinara that I had frozen a few months ago, 
but Prego tastes good too.

Bake for 15 minutes on 475.

Check out that melty goodness!

Cut into slices and dip in marinara sauce!  

Best part about it?  We have leftovers!
